Site Manager - Commercial Projects (Temp to Perm) - North Region - Van Included

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for ongoing commercial build and commercial fit-out projects across the North.

Start date: January / February
This is NOT retail fit-out - commercial experience required.

Duties

Daily site management

Supervision of trades & subcontractors

Maintaining standards, paperwork, and H&S

Working to changing deadlines and fast-moving programmes

Requirements

Commercial build/fit-out experience

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid

Ability to manage pressured timelines

Driving licence
