An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent to operate as a Self-Employed Property Consultant in the prestigious Mayfair / West London area.

This role offers the freedom to run your own business within a defined territory, supported by a highly successful estate agency model that provides a strong pipeline of pre-qualified leads and national marketing exposure.

You will be responsible for winning instructions, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting relationships with clients in a prime central London market.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning property instructions and building a strong local portfolio
• Conducting accurate market appraisals and valuations
• Listing and marketing properties effectively
• Managing the sales or lettings process from instruction to completion
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants
• Managing your own schedule and business operations within your territory
• Leveraging company-generated leads alongside your own business development

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive experience in Estate Agency at Valuer, Lister, or Branch Manager level
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Strong knowledge of the Mayfair or Central London property market (or close ties)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your own business activities
• Ambition to maximise earning potential
• Experience in valuations and property listings essential
• NFOPP or ARLA qualifications advantageous but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
