Description

• Financial Reporting & Control - deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to group; produce forecasts, cashflow reporting and liquidity analysis
• Process & Performance Improvement - streamline processes to improve reporting; advise on transactional finance, working capital and internal controls
• Audit & Compliance - lead year-end audit process and ensure timely statutory accounts & tax submissions
• Leadership & Collaboration - coach and support junior finance colleagues; communicate financial insights to senior management; act as a key partner across operations, influencing decision-making
• Oversight of transactional finance activities

Profile

About You:

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA - ideal for first-time mover out of practice
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Confident communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders
• Process-focused with a drive to improve systems and controls
• Eager to take ownership and grow quickly within a scaling finance structure
