Retail Team Manager
Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: £14.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

We're looking for a hands-on Team Manager to lead high-impact retail projects across new store launches, refits, range reviews and store support. You'll be working with some of the UK's biggest names in grocery and DIY retail.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll need to make quick decisions and lead by example to get stock merchandised to a high standard.

What the job involves:

Leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers
Managing tasks to meet client expectations
Providing updates and sign-off to project leads
Running health and safety inductions and checks
Shifts are generally Sunday to Thursday, mostly nights, around 12 hours per shift
Using your smartphone to manage shift availability, clock in/out, and view project details
Working across a variety of store sites, with travel required
Removing and replacing stock using plans and systems
Adjusting shelving and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks
Occasional overnight stays with accommodation provided when needed

What we're looking for:

Strong communicator who can lead a team and keep things on track
Experience in retail, merchandising or supervising teams
Confident making decisions and prioritising workload
High attention to detail and a methodical mindset
Physically fit - this role involves manual handling and long shifts
Comfortable working unsociable hours including nights and early mornings
Applicants must be 18+
