Are uyou an experienced PA or administrator with great project management skills? If so this varied temp role coul be just right for you. You will be supporting the senior management team as well as supporting the smooth running of the busy office. You will also have the opportunity to work the the project team and assist on varied and interesting projects.

The role:

Provide support for the CEO and the other directors including

Set up and facilitate meeting arrangements as required.

Book travel and hotels.

Diary Management.

Organising Teams calls.

Assist Office Manager with the following:

Issuing of security cards for staff and visitors and door entry fobs for staff.
Liaising with the Landlord for building maintenance.
Manage on site car parking requirements for staff and visitors.
Test fire call points weekly, in accordance with Fire Safety.
Management of meeting room bookings.
Organising Company events.
Arranging meetings, e.g. All Staff and management team.
Raising purchase orders with Procurement Department.
Keep Gift & Hospitality log up to date.
Support training requirements in Theale Head Office, including ordering lunches and booking rooms.
Assisting PMO with ongoing and new projects.
Creating mail merges.
Creation of spreadsheets and documents.
Formatting of documents to Company standards using templates.
Assisting the H&S Officer with Monthly/Quarterly House Keeping checks for H&S and Environment. Also monitor paper, water and gas usage use in accordance with Company key Environment Objectives and Promote Environment initiatives.

Reception support - This includes daily lunchtime cover as well as covering periods of annual leave or other absence.

Distributing incoming post and management of outgoing post.

Answering incoming phone calls and routing to the correct extension.

Admitting visitors, signing them in and notifying the host.

Ensure client meeting rooms are clean and ready for occupation.
The person:

Experience in a similar support role

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications

Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and demands

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A high standard of written and spoken English

Must be proactive and take initiative
