Salary: £45234 - £51016/annum inclusive of nhs weighting payments

Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub Health Professional at Barnet. This is a full-time job with a salary of £45,234 to £51,016 depending on experience, inclusive of NHS weighting payments.

Role Summary 

The postholder will work as part of a team assessing notifications and referrals regarding children aged 0-18 that are received by the MASH.   The MASH process includes searching for and collating health information from a range of providers both locally and nationally.

The MASH professional needs to interpret and share information that is necessary to safeguard and/or promote the welfare of a child.  The Local Authority hold the statutory responsibility for the management of notifications and referrals. The MASH professional will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and their families.

Personal Specification 

The successful candidate will have experience of working in the MASH/or significant Safeguarding experience. They will also have significant experience in successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment.

Required Skills/Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Registered Community and Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor, School Nurse) with a post-graduate master's degree in a relevant subject area or working towards.
