Parts Supervisor

Due to internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Supervisor to join a busy and well-established parts and retail team.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Supporting the Parts & Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the department. From maintaining high showroom standards to managing stock and supporting the team, you'll ensure operations run efficiently and customers receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations within the parts and retail department
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Drive sales and support the team in achieving targets
Act as department lead when requiredAbout You
Experience in a retail, showroom, or parts department environment
Sales-driven with a proactive, target-focused mindset
Knowledge of horticultural or agricultural machinery (advantageous)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using IT systems for stock control and ordering
A team player with the ability to take initiative and lead when neededWhat's on Offer
£15-£16 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime
39 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays as required)
