Collaborate with teachers and SENCO as a Learning Support Assistant
Support behaviour management and emotional development as a Learning Support AssistantRequirements for a Learning Support Assistant:

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or with children with SEN
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Calm and consistent approach to supporting behaviour
Passion for education and supporting young learners
