Job Description

Our growing company is searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to our sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers, ensuring that customers are provided with accurate and timely information. Position allows for upward mobility with transition into sales position if desired.


  • Support salespeople when they are on the road and salespeople from satellite locations.
  • Assist customers who come in through our website with general questions.
  • Assist with sales presentations and sample requests.
  • Maintain sample room.
  • Communicate with customers and relay back basic information


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
