Accounts Administrator

Temporary (maternity cover - 12 months)

Hours of work - 39 hours per week

Salary - £26,000 - £27,500

Prince Personnel are working with a growing, Telford based, business who are looking for an Accounts Administrator on temporary basis covering maternity leave for around 12 months.

You will be responsible for:

* Purchase ledger invoices.

* Generation of all customer sales invoices and onward issue to customer contact.

* Generation of monthly customer account statements.

* Follow up all pro-forma invoices with customer to ensure timely and accurate payments.

* Process all credit card payments.

* Generation of all supplier reconciliation statements.

* Bank reconciliations.

* CIC reconciliations.

* Generation and presentation of monthly reports.

* Management of all e-commerce orders in relation to the reconciliation of invoices and payments.

* Management of CRM system to ensure all customer correspondence is recorded.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will need experience of working in a similar role. AAT qualification preferable but not essential. You will need good working knowledge or Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
