JOB TITLE Operations Administrator SALARY            £10 - £12p/h                                        LOCATION City of London COMPANY BACKGROUND A reputable IT company located in Central London.  They are based in beautiful offices in a friendly and welcoming environment.  PURPOSE OF ROLE This role is roughly 2 months however this could be extended. You will be based within their Operations team. You will be required to work within the Finance department assisting with contracts, commissions, reconciliation, PO's and invoicing. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY\'S/RESPONSIBILITIES -Tracking and calculating commissions for the sales department -Looking over incoming contracts and terms conditions -General office administration duties -Generating invoices, Purchase orders to the internal system -Reconciling the internal operations system -Generating reports and analysis to management when needed SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE To apply for this role, you must have experience within Administration. You must have great attention to detail and be well organised.
