We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of paid media activity and drive performance across a rapidly growing eCommerce platform.
This Digital Marketing Executive role offers the opportunity to rebuild and optimise PPC campaigns, take full ownership of paid media activity, and contribute to a wider digital transformation programme. With significant investment being made into digital capabilities, our client is looking for a commercially minded marketer who can help improve performance and unlock further growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager, CRM & Marketing team, and Digital Design function, helping to shape how paid media supports both B2B and consumer growth.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role focused on managing and improving paid media performance across a range of channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads, including rebuilding and optimising existing accounts.
- Managing and optimising campaigns across paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and paid social channels.
- Developing effective audience targeting strategies to reach both B2B and consumer audiences.
- Analysing campaign performance and continuously improving ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Managing advertising budgets to ensure spend is delivering strong commercial return.
- Working closely with internal teams across eCommerce, CRM, marketing, and design to align campaigns with wider digital strategy.
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new opportunities to strengthen paid media performance.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys analysing performance data and improving campaign results.
- Experience working as a PPC Specialist, Paid Search Analyst, Digital Marketing Executive or eCommerce Marketing Executive.
Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns
Experience optimising paid media to deliver measurable commercial growth
A strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience working across multiple paid channels within a performance-driven environment.
