We're looking for a dedicated Lift Service Engineer to carry out call-outs, repairs, and planned maintenance on a wide range of passenger and goods lifts across your designated area.

4 on / 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts - 8am-8pm)

Day Shift

Salary is DOE

Greater London (Within M25 Corridor)

Lift Service Engineer

Job Description

Attend breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance visits on vertical lifts
Work safely at all times, following health & safety procedures
Deliver a consistently high standard of service and customer care
Use digital systems to log work and improve first-time fix rates
Support and mentor apprentices when required
Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota 

Lift Service Engineer

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience working on passenger and goods lifts
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
NVQ Level 3 (or working towards with good progress)
Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
