CMA are partnering with a locally renowned charity, to recruit a Management Accountant on an interim basis to cover a period of prolonged sickness within the team. The role will work as part of a small and efficient finance team covering a variety of duties including payroll.   The role will initially be for 3 months but is likely to be extended beyond this and is offered on the basis of 3 or 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. 

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

Posting payments;
Journal postings;
Payroll - 31 staff;
Processing expenses;
Checking the Finance Assistant's work (Purchase Ledger & Petty Cash);
Utilities Management;
Production of Management Accounts;
Preparing for Audit. 
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

Available to start immediately
Seeking a part-time role of 3 or 4 days per week 
Payroll experience is essential to this role 
Sage experience would be beneficial 
Experience of working within a charity would be advantageous.
