Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver day-to-day Health & Safety support across the business

Be the first point of contact for H&S queries - providing accurate guidance and directing colleagues to the right policies or teams

Promote a positive H&S culture and support compliance initiatives across the organisation

Collaborate with the Senior HSEQ Advisor to manage both planned and reactive health and safety activities

Contribute to regular reporting and planning cycles (weekly, monthly, annually)

Support internal initiatives to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members

Ensure high standards of internal service when supporting colleagues and teams

Skills & Attributes:

Experience in at least one HSEQ discipline (Health & Safety, Environment, or Quality)

Holding or working towards a recognised Health & Safety qualification

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Full, valid UK driving licence required
