Recruitment Administrator / Brighton / Human Resources & Personnel
A well respected company in the Brighton area are seeking a Recruitment Administrator on a permanent and contract basis.
As Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Taking line manager job briefs
- Liaising with external agencies
- Managing shortlists
- Booking rooms and interviews
- Taking candidate and line manager feedback
- Producing the on-boarding process
- Internal aftercare
Our client is interested in candidates for both permanent and contract assignments. A knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is ideal along with a high level of internal communication.
£21-22,000 plus benefits
