Client Details

A well respected company in the Brighton area are seeking a Recruitment Administrator on a permanent and contract basis.

Description

As Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Taking line manager job briefs
  • Liaising with external agencies
  • Managing shortlists
  • Booking rooms and interviews
  • Taking candidate and line manager feedback
  • Producing the on-boarding process
  • Internal aftercare

Profile

Our client is interested in candidates for both permanent and contract assignments. A knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is ideal along with a high level of internal communication.
