We're looking for a strategic and technically strong Head of Civil/Structural Engineering to lead the delivery of civil and structural design across a range of complex projects, bids, and studies.

This is a key leadership role — ensuring designs meet the highest standards in safety, compliance, efficiency, and quality, while also supporting resource management and acting as a subject matter expert within the business.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Own the quality and timely delivery of all Civil/Structural outputs across projects

Ensure designs are code-compliant, lifecycle-aware, and aligned with scope

Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and bids

Drive efficiency, cost optimisation, and best practices in structural design

✅ What We're Looking For:
BEng (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering

Chartered Engineer (CEng) - ICE or IStructE preferred

Extensive experience in civil/structural engineering, ideally across process or construction industries

Skilled in structural analysis tools - STAAD Pro or TEKLA Structures

Able to interpret site investigation reports and assess civil design implications
