Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an experienced Plasterer to carry out high-quality construction and property maintenance work across a range of sites. You will undertake plastering, minor repairs, tiling, painting, and other multi-trade tasks to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out plastering work, patching, Artex, rendering, and repairs.
Complete minor carpentry, tiling, painting, and flooring tasks as required.
Undertake small plumbing tasks or radiator drops where needed.
Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Plan work efficiently to minimise waste and meet deadlines.
Maintain high standards of health and safety and use PPE appropriately.
Requirements / Person Specification
Essential:
Recognised Level 3 plastering qualification or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in domestic, commercial, or construction maintenance).
Multi-trade ability: capable of carrying out minor painting, tiling, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
Full UK driving licence
Strong practical understanding of construction/property maintenance.
Good hand skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.
Physically fit, able to work at heights and lift heavy materials safely.
Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients.
Ability to use tools, IT, and mobile devices for reporting and updates.
Desirable:
Experience working in a housing or maintenance environment.
Mentoring or training experience for apprentices or trainees.
