Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our nursing home in Ilford. The successful candidate will possess strong RGN skills and have prior experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager within a similar setting. This fully supernumerary role requires strong clinical governance capabilities to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management and development of the nursing home.
- Ensure effective clinical governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of care plans.
- Lead and manage the nursing and care team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Act as a role model and mentor for staff, promoting professional development.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
