Scheme Manager

Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but are not limited to:

Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, voids and tenanted (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes)
Having a strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living
Dealing with snagging in a new scheme
Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella etc
Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance
Reporting into operations manager
Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans
Undertaking meetings on Teams and dealing with full range of IT tasksThe successful Scheme Manager candidate will have:

Strong experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to fully utilise IT systems
Housing Management background
Enhanced DBS check
