Our client is a well-established, multi-site, food manufacturer based in the heart of North Yorkshire. Based across their sites, they have seen impressive growth year on year, with further growth plans for 2022. They supply their products into brand named manufacturers that supplies most retailers in the UK. An opportunity for a number of Production Operatives to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis at their Leeming Bar Site, on either a morning or afternoon shift.

This opportunity as a Production Operative, gives you the chance to work with one of the most successful food manufacturers in the region.

As a Production Operative, you will join either a:

5:50am-2:20pm shift - £9.50 per hour
2:50pm-11:20pm shift - £10.50 per hourProduction Operative Duties:

Working in a food manufacturing environment
Lifting very heavy objects
Performing repetitive tasks for whole shift
Handling of meat products
Standing for a long period of time
Bending to below knee level to perform required task
Setting up machinery (Training Provided)
Working in an environment which handles powder based and wet ingredients, which containing allergens
Operating hand trigger Pressure washersProduction Operative Role Requirements:

Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
Must be punctual
Experience of working to targets
Communicates effectively on all levels
Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
High attention to detail
The ability to follow a process
Professional attitude to work
Able to work with own initiativeINDTW
