As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care.
- Supporting, coordinating and actively assisting in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Providing quality planned care for patients by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care.
- Leading in the delivery of patient care, during a list or specified period of time.
- Ensuring that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with the policy.
- Contributing to quality improvement and promoting best evidence-based practice.
- Developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of others and self.
- Applying legislation, policies and procedures correctly.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of up to £44,000.
- 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

- Approved / recognised anaesthetic course.
- ILS and Orthopaedic skill.
- Mentorship qualification and ILM3.
- Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
- Previous experience managing and leading a clinical team.
