Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors.

Our client, a well established main contractor are specialists within the residential new build sector and have a strong market reputation. They require a strong quantity surveyor due to increased workload, to step in and assist the commercial team on 2 different projects.

The schemes in question are both for Housing Associations and will be between 10-20m in build cost, typically with RC Frame form of construction under a JCT D&B contract.

You must come from a strong residential background and have good understanding of the design and build contract alongside knowledge and experience in variations, minor procurement and overall sub contract management.
