Buying Administrator
8.75 - 10.00 (HIDE)

Temporary (potential to turn permanent for the right person).

Salary dependent upon experience.

Flexible hours - 42.5hrs per week (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)

Pyramid8 are working with an equipment hire company in Wakefield to join a small but strong team of 3 working within the buying department.

We are looking to speak to strong Administrators, preferably with experience of working with suppliers and customers.

You will need to be immediately available to apply for this role as interviews are taking place imminently.

Administrator experience required:

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good geographical knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills

The role:

• Create and send supplier purchase orders
• Manage the supplier’s performance
• Negotiating pricing with suppliers
• General administration
• Speaking to customers


• Free parking
