Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Home Manager for their Small sized care home in Leamington Spa - Warwickshire. This is a stable, compliant home which just needs to be enhanced and taken to the next level.

This role would suit an RGN Home Manager with at least 3 years experience or a Deputy Manager looking for a step up opportunity with a minimum of 4 years experience that is passionate about care and has experience successfully within the care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as an RGN Nursing Home Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking for a step up opportunity and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' "CQC reports.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

The home is based in Leamington Spa - Warwickshire and would be a suitable commute from Warwick, Kenilworth, Stoneleigh, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Budbrooke, Bishopton, Alcester, Tredington, Moreton-In-Marsh, Dodford and Northampton.
