What We Offer

Starting salary of £29,000 - £32,000, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 - £40,000
Commission from day one - your earnings grow with your performance
35 days annual leave plus shorter working hours in school holidays

Building long-lasting relationships with primary, secondary, and SEN schools
Source and place top teaching and support staff into roles that make a difference
Drive your own performance through outbound calls, meetings, and creative lead generation
Manage the full recruitment cycle-from candidate search to placement
Hit ambitious but achievable sales targets-with expert coaching to help you succeedAbout the Impact Academy

Our bespoke training programme gives you the skills and confidence to thrive in recruitment, including:

Client acquisition & relationship building
Negotiation and objection handling
Candidate sourcing and placement techniques
CRM, compliance, and education recruitment legislation
Time management, communication, and business strategyYou'll be fully supported throughout your first 12 months, with gradual progression onto your own recruitment desk-no sink-or-swim culture here.
