About Us:

We are proud to be working with a happy, secure and caring primary school in the London Borough of Havering. The school is looking for a KS1 SEN TA to support pupils across Years 1 and 2, inside and outside of the classroom. If you would like to work in an enriched and supportive environment as a KS1 SEN TA, then this is the school for you! As a KS1 SEN TA, you will be required to support pupils with high needs, including ASD and SEMH. The school strongly believes in preparing every child for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work as a KS1 SEN TA

* Supporting pupils inside and outside of the classroom as a KS1 SEN TA

* Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.

* Work collaboratively as part of a team

* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

* Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

* Previous experience working in a Primary School

* Experience working with children with SEN

* Experience working as a KS1 SEN TA
