Cotswold Outdoor Group (Cotswold Outdoor | Runners Need) is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Bath team. As the UK’s leading destination for outdoor gear, we’re all about helping people explore more - and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the store, including tasks such as stock audits, cash handling, and banking

• Leading and motivating a passionate and knowledgeable retail team

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor

• Supporting visual merchandising and in-store promotions

• Acting as a key point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role (experience in outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail is a bonus)

• A genuine passion for customer service and the outdoors

• Strong operational awareness and the ability to get things done

• A team player who is committed to personal and professional development
