Facilities Operative with a full clean UK/European driving license

Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm with one hour break unpaid (35hrs per week)

From £23,500 to £26,500 per annum - depending on experience

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Operative to join a residential development team based in Greenwich, London SE8. This is a fulltime, permanent role and the ideal candidate will hold a valid UK or European driving licence with no points. Responsibilities include regular testing and checks of fire alarms, emergency lighting, lifts, doors, riser cupboards and water features, following Health and Safety regulations, as well as general cleaning duties such as jet washing and carpet spot cleaning. Additional tasks involve basic gardening duties when needed, maintaining communal areas, driving a bin tug on refuse collection days when providing cover for the permanent Estate Operative during his annual leave. This is a hands on role offering variety and the opportunity to work within a dedicated team in a well maintained development. You must have significant experience gained within a similar role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety processes and a full UK or European driving licence with no points.
