As a Year 1 Teacher, You Will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching tailored to meet the needs of every pupil
• Create a warm, inspiring, and nurturing classroom environment
• Foster curiosity and a love of learning through creative and differentiated planning
• Collaborate with a supportive year group team to deliver the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

Year 1 Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE, BEd or equivalent
• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 1 (preferred, not essential)
• Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing, inclusive teaching approach
• Reflective and adaptable, with a passion for continuous professional development
• A collaborative and enthusiastic team player
