The Role

You will support the conveyancing team on a variety of residential property matters, including:

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Preparing contract packs and supporting documents
• Conducting searches, managing enquiries, and liaising with clients and agents
• Drafting standard letters, forms, and completion documentation
• Managing file administration and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Providing a friendly, responsive service to clients at all stages of the transaction

This is a hands-on position where you’ll gain exposure to the full conveyancing lifecycle.

About You

• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant (6+ months preferred)
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage competing tasks
