As Value Stream Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing cross-functional projects and production planning
Capacity planning within budgeted cost and staffing levels
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of components
Driving manufacturing efficiencies and continuous improvement
Ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards
Reporting weekly KPIs to senior management
As Value Stream Manager, your experience will include:

3+ years in a management/supervisory role within engineering or manufacturing
Proven success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Excellent communication and data analysis skills
High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
