About the Early Years Teaching Assistant Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant in Havering, you may be:

Supporting whole-class learning in Reception
Working 1:1 with a pupil requiring additional support
Assisting with phonics sessions and guided reading
Supporting learning through indoor and outdoor provision
