Our client is seeking a motivated, skilled individual to join their team on a permanent, hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their London office.

Our client focuses on sectors including, residential, office buildings, hotels, leisure complexes, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

-Develop design solutions and produce technical drawings.

-Collaborate with clients, contractors, and teams to meet project goals.

-Provide expert advice on design, planning, and building regulations.

-Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and budgets.

Key Requirements:

-A degree in Architecture and ARB accreditation.

-Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong project portfolio.

-Expertise in design, project management, and technical drawing.

-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

-Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

-In-depth knowledge of building regulations, planning, and construction techniques.
