On behalf of my client, I am actively recruiting for Site Supervisors to work on projects in central London. My Client is a multidisciplinary company delivering an abundance of high end projects across the UK.

They are looking for someone with experience on external projects including roof repairs, masonry repairs, and decorations.

They are also expecting some internal projects as well such as shop fit outs

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the co-ordination and control of the project from the design stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client.

• Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays.

• Regular monitoring and liaison with the Contracts Manager on the Master Programme and development of stage/section programmes as required.

• Day to day supervision of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints.

• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards.

• Ensure site team and sub-contractors are following common operational standards.

• Maintain close relations with the Contracts Manager and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and Confirmation of Instructions.

• Undertake all relevant training and development activities as required.

Ideal Candidate will be/have:

* Adaptable

* Willing to work weekends

* Good communication and language skills

* Problem solving

* Minimum SSTS , First aid, CSCS

* Practical experience in fit out and refurb (Specifically External projects - roof and masonry repairs)

* Able to set up and set work task
