We are seeking a skilled Data Protection Administrator / Assistant to join leading housing association in Liverpool. This not-for-profit temporary role requires a detail-oriented individual to support the Legal department.

Description

The Data Protection Administrator / Assistant will be part of the legal team and responsible for all DSARs responses in addition to:

• Providing administrative support to the Legal department.
• Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Assisting in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Ensuring compliance with organisational and legal standards.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Supporting team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Contributing to the smooth operation of the Legal department.
• Experience in another Not for Profit / Housing association

Profile

A successful Data Protection Administrator / Assistant should have:

• Relevant experience in an administrative legal support role.
• Experience of managing DSARs and an understanding of UK GDPR.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Must be immediately available / able to start at short notice.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Job Offer

• Hourly salary ranging from £18.00 to £20.00.
