Facilities Technician | New Malden

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Facilities Technician to help maintain and improve our site in New Malden.

You'll support a range of tasks—maintenance, inspections, contractor supervision, office moves, and site improvements—ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our mission-critical teams.

What you'll do:

* Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and decorating

* Carry out routine & reactive building checks and fixes

* Support space planning and office fitouts

* Supervise on-site contractors and monitor cleaning standards

* Contribute to safety, sustainability, and site operations

What we're looking for:

* Previous facilities or maintenance experience

* Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail

* Strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude

* Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)

Desirable: First Aid at Work, NVQ or City & Guilds in property/building maintenance
