Our client is a highly successful and innovative IFA firm based in Central Manchester, with a strong reputation for providing bespoke financial solutions to individuals across the North West. Due to continued growth and recent changes within their adviser team, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser to join their expanding business.

As an experienced Financial Adviser, you will inherit a portfolio of clients and collaborate with the existing adviser team to build professional connections and develop new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients in person, via video calls, and over the phone
• Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand client needs
• Present tailored financial options and recommendations
• Work closely with paraplanning and compliance teams
• Conduct annual reviews and ongoing client servicing

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser (independent or national firm)
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and more complex financial products (including VCTs)
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who is adaptable and eager to contribute to a dynamic, growing business
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
