Wills & Tax Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Ringwood
A well-established and respected regional law firm is seeking a motivated and personable Wills & Tax Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy Private Client team based in Ringwood.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with 1-3 years' PQE to develop their career in a supportive environment, managing a varied caseload and contributing to a thriving team known for excellent client service.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a caseload comprising Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), probate, and tax planning matters. Responsibilities include providing clear, jargon-free advice, maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with colleagues across departments, and supporting business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal applicant will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) with 1-3 years' PQE
• Be confident and IT literate, comfortable learning new systems
• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, avoiding jargon
• Be friendly, approachable, and able to work calmly under pressure
• Enjoy working as part of a team, supporting colleagues and clients
• Show initiative and proactively generate ideas
• Work independently and manage their own caseload efficiently
• Demonstrate strong client care by returning calls promptly and building lasting relationships
• Have interest or experience in marketing, networking, or business development
• Hold or be working towards STEP and/or SFE membership (desirable)
• Be organised, methodical, and able to prioritise effectively
