Multi-Trade Carpenter / Plumber

Join our Clients team as a Multi-Trade Carpenter / Plumber, where you will be instrumental in performing a variety of tasks in a reactive maintenance environment. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in both carpentry and plumbing, capable of managing multiple tasks independently while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Undertake all aspects of repairs and maintenance work according to your skill set, maintaining the required quality standards.
• Assess work requirements upon arrival at the site and execute necessary tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with the Call Centre to receive job details and update service coordinators about the work required and actions taken.
• Ensure adherence to the Company’s safe working practices and safety procedures at all times.
• Work independently, while also being willing to assist other trades as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Carpentry or Plumbing (or both) with additional trade skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working at heights, using ladders or scaffold as necessary.
