Early Career Teachers – Supply Primary Teaching Roles (Ealing)

Pay Range: £140–£160 per day (DOE)

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (support available if needed)
• UK classroom experience, ideally within primary settings
• Willingness to adapt to flexible supply work across KS1 and KS2
• Enthusiasm, resilience, and a forward-thinking approach to teaching

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2, following school policies and curriculum guidance
• Support pupils’ progress and wellbeing in line with school expectations
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups
• Maintain high standards of behaviour management and safeguarding
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to school life
