Maintenance Engineer
My client, a leading company in the construction and facilities management sector, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their well-established team. This role involves delivering high-quality building maintenance, including HVAC filter cleaning, basic plumbing, and other essential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of various sites.

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work alongside other site-based trades to achieve the company's ambitious goals. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple buildings across Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance across various sites, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within health & safety regulations.

Communicate with a central helpdesk to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.

Review work instructions and ensure compliance with provided drawings and plans.

*

Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.

*

Use a computer or handheld device to carry out basic tasks and order materials as needed.

*

Recommend filter upgrades for better efficiency and maintain accurate maintenance records.

*

Perform other duties as required in a physically demanding work environment, which may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noise, and hazardous materials.
