HR Business Partner Role

SALARY: £30000 - £36000/annum

My Client, a leading Facilities Management Company are recruiting for a HR Business Partner postion paying between £30-£36K with company car, bonus and benefits.

Key Accountabilities that are required:

? Support HR Business Partner teams in Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning, performance planning and Organisational change maintaining appropriate data within the associated process.

? Provide project management support to the HR Business Partner team, tracking, measuring and communicating through the project timeline.

? Seeks, identifies and develops solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of HR support to the business.

? Takes ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes/initiatives.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

? Experience working in a similar role.

? Strong communication skills to enable partnership with key stakeholders/senior management.

? Experience of TUPE, both incoming and outgoing.

? Experience of supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects.

? Resilient, Adaptable and Flexible.

? IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge.
