Cover Supervisor - Northampton

We are working with secondary schools in Northampton looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, support students' education, and become a trusted part of the school community.

What you'll be doing:

Supervising pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects (KS3 & KS4)

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay focused

Supporting students with any questions or difficulties during lessons

Reporting on student engagement, behaviour, and any concerns to staff

Becoming an integral part of the school's daily routine and support network

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have experience working with children or young people, ideally in schools or youth settings

Are confident leading and managing groups of students

Have strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach

Are reliable, punctual, and eager to support education in the long term

Are interested in gaining classroom experience, possibly with a view to teacher training
