Private Client Solicitor – Wills, Trusts & Probate

Location: Derbyshire (multiple office locations available)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive and well-established law firm with a strong reputation across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regarded team recognised for its technical expertise and client care.

The Role:

You'll manage a diverse caseload of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning matters, working alongside an experienced and supportive team. You'll have the chance to further develop your career within a firm that values professional growth and client-focused service.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client law
• STEP or Solicitors for the Elderly membership (or working towards) highly desirable
• ACTAPS members with non-contentious experience are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach with leadership, business development, or presentation experience beneficial
