We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Cardiff providing high-quality care and support to our service users. Requirement

Ideally Candidate must have children's residential care experience however trainings will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, mobility support, and medication prompting.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care and observations.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
