Job responsibilities include dealing with customer queries on all our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter , Instagram). Monitoring comments on all platforms and replying to customers in a friendly & timely manner. Resolving customer complaints quickly & efficiently. Keeping accurate and up to date records including archiving. Under direction of the Social Media Manager you will support the production of creative assets required to deliver successful marketing and customer experience campaigns across all channels.
