Results Statement For This Position The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases, and provide training, if needed Our firm is small but growing. General Statement Of Responsibilities For This Position The SalesForce Administrator is expected to: Build platforms, create automations, and design workflows with a UA Platform (SKUID) Proficiently integrate and automate systems, coordinating with third-party applications including, but not limited to: Intake Litigation Workflows around accounting, Finance, Lead communications Matter life cycles Create and manipulate databases and document management systems Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management Document technical, business, and process requirements Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary Install, manage, and maintain third party apps Provide training for internal resources to ensure proper use of the system Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training Handle on-going customization/alteration of Salesforce.com. Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment. Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. There will be a mix of maintenance, development and project management in this position. This job will not require you to be located in the local office. There may be a need from time to time to meet at the office for intel and communication in order to develop design needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 5 years of Salesforce.com (or related CRM) administration and/or Salesforce development, including knowledge of the benefits of utilizing the platform’s configuration capabilities over customer code Proficient with Salesforce and its capabilities, especially with transitioning from Classic to Lightning. Experience with and knowledge of the following are required: Salesforce Worldox Advologix Skuid Drawloop Nintex UIPath Assuresign Accounting Seed/Accounting programs Docusign Spring CRM Experience with Java, Javascript, C#, or similar object-oriented programming language.
