The Role

An established regional law firm in Kent is seeking a dedicated and client focused Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload including wills trusts inheritance tax planning probate and estate administration. The ideal candidate will enjoy building long term relationships while delivering clear structured and compassionate advice to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload covering wills trusts tax planning probate estates and LPAs
• Draft accurate and well structured legal documents with clarity and precision
• Support clients through sensitive matters with empathy professionalism and confidence
• Maintain consistent communication to strengthen client relationships
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory obligations
• Contribute positively to the department’s continued growth and reputation

About You

• Qualified Solicitor England and Wales with experience in private client matters
• Strong technical knowledge of wills trusts probate and inheritance tax planning
• Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
• Confident in running your own caseload with minimal supervision
• STEP qualification or willingness to pursue it is advantageous
• Warm communicative and committed to high quality client care
