Senior Electrical Engineer - NPD | Power Systems 
Location: Easton-on-the-Hill, Stamford

A leading name in power test and control systems is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their fast-paced New Product Development (NPD) team. You'll be at the forefront of innovation—designing, developing, and delivering next-gen electrical products for mission-critical sectors worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing
Own the electrical design lifecycle from concept to launch

Turn customer insights into innovative product features (VOC input)

Design LV/MV/HV circuits, schematics, drawings, and BOMs

Lead FMEA, testing, and compliance activities (CE, UL, CSA)

Ensure seamless system integration and DFM principles

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers & stakeholders

Contribute to process improvements and product enhancements

What You'll Need
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BEng or similar)

5+ years in product development or NPD roles

Strong grasp of load banks, gensets, transformers, or grid-connected systems

Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical

Hands-on, structured, and solution-focused

Great communication and decision-making skillsBonus if you have PE status or experience in ISO9001-driven environments.
